Update : the app periodically loses connection with my device. The app is easy to use. I did have an issue with the initial set up I kept being redirected to sign in to my account. I fixed the issue by resetting my password. Overall the adding of my portable AC unit was quick. I wish there was a manual way to change some of the settings such as degrees on the a control panel. It would have also been nice if the app allowed you to turn down the lights on the control panel.

The app is not working after a year! I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. The wifi light is on, on the window Air conditioner and the app says I'm connected, however, when I open the app it doesn't allow me to do anything! I've called customer support and nothing worked to get the app to work. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED this feature was why we purchased this particular model.

App worked upon initial setup. Several weeks later, it says disconnected and the WiFi light was blinking on my dehumidifier which clued me in to check the App. I went through the steps to pair dehumidifier sky the App and it did say Connected but none of the features worked. Then it showed Disconnected and again. reconnected it. It showed Connected but features didn't work then again it showed Disconnected... and I'm Done! Update. You want more details? it's not allowing me to add more
